FAQs

We’ve tried to answer all the questions you might have about our casual room rental service. For all the finer details, please see the Room Hire Agreement detail here.

How long is a session?

Each session is 75 minutes long. We want to give you plenty of time to wrap up your meeting and complete your notes if needed after a session.

Can I book more than one session in a day?

Yes, you are more than welcome to book several sessions in a day. Check our rates page for the savings you’ll make with multiple bookings.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancelling a booking via the website with more than 24 hours notice carries no penalty with the booking fee credited to your account for your next booking. Credits held for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Cancelling a booking via the website with less than 24 hours notice carries the penalty of 50% of the booking fee with the balance credited to your account for your next booking. Credits held for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

How do I get access to my room?

If you have booked a session during business hours (8.30am – 6.00pm Monday-Friday), access is automatic just prior to your session and remains open for 15 minutes after your session. Our location uses a smart-lock system and security is managed remotely.

If you have a session booked outside of normal business hours (6.00pm – 9.30pm weekdays or 8.30am – 9.30pm weekends) a fob will be provided to you so you can access the building. If you are the only practitioner in the building out-of-hours and prefer the main door to be locked, just let us know and will action that remotely for you.

Do I need to control lights or the air-conditioner when accessing my room?

No, we want to help you to focus on meeting your client. We control all lighting and air-conditioning remotely. When you leave we will turn off all services remotely too.

Will somebody be there to greet my client for me at reception?

We have a lovely reception and waiting area ready for your client. It is your responsibility to be there to greet your client when they arrive and you must also ensure your client leaves the property at the end of their session. Please make sure that noise is kept to a minimum in the public spaces for the comfort of other practitioners using the other rooms at the same time.

Can I stay in the room after I’ve finished my session?

Once your 75 minute session booking has ended you must vacate the room. There is likely to be another practitioner using the room after you so please ensure it is left clean (no writing on the whiteboard) and ready for them to use. Please be sure to leave the door open when you leave so it is clear to see the room is ready for the next booking.

What happens if something gets broken during a session?

If something break during a session, please let us know immediately. Any damage to the room property will need to be paid for.

I would like to make a permanent block booking. Is that possible?

It most certainly is. If you're able to commit to 1 or more sessions per week for 1 or more months, please contact John directly and talk to him about a special long-term booking rate.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Oh it’s long and you can read it here. It is also your responsibility to maintain the privacy and confidentiality agreement you establish with your clients, and to keep all your client records secure. Please do not leave any client records or information behind in the room after completion of a session.
